Refund

1) Your satisfaction with Astrogyde is the foremost goal for us. Nevertheless, because the products we offer are digital goods delivered online, moreover based on live consultations. We generally give no refunds, so we request you to examine your purchase with keen consideration.

2) If in case, you have changed your mind about your order and you have

(a) Not downloaded Astrogyde product till yet,

(b) It has not been sent to you till now,

(c) It has not been allocated till now to an astrologer to diarize/keep a record of or

(d) You didn’t have your consultation yet;

We will happily and surely issue you a refund upon your request made to us. Although it shall be made within 24 hours of purchase only. If you will make Refund requests after this, then they are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.

3) If in case, you have changed your mind and wish to cancel an order, with us, please e-mail our customer care support team within 1 hour of making your purchase.

4) The timelines that are displayed on the site are approximate/ estimated. We try with our utmost efforts and very best to adhere to them and provide you with unbeatable services; however, as the Astrogyde team and astrologers manually generate these reports, they may be subject to delays. We will make our extreme effort to deliver them on time as well as serve you the finest quality of the product, but note that, delays will not be considered by us as a basis for any refund from Astrogyde.

5) We are impotent to offer refunds for incorrect data provided by the customer. We request you to please re-check/ resurvey all your data while entering. Although, if you e-mail us within an hour of ordering the report from Astrogyde, we will consider it and make the required changes in it.

6) The products, as well as the services offered by Astrogyde, are not meant to replace any emotional or medical treatment. It is provided by Astrogyde as a service only. Astrogyde holds no liability or responsibility for the reality or the reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology. Hence, Customers assume full responsibility and liability upon this matter and mark that; no refunds will be issued by Astrogyde on this ground.

7) Astrogyde will manage if any damage caused to products whilst in transit to the customer from us. Please note, No refunds will be issued to the customer for products damaged when returned to Astrogyde, and the customer takes full responsibility and liability for this.

8) While Astrogyde ensures that the products displayed on the website by us are delivered to the customer in an as it is a condition that has been shown, the picture may differ slightly from the original product. The customers are keenly advised to exercise some discretion in this matter. No refunds will be issued by us on this bias.

9) All the refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges that has levied by the payment gateway and/or the bank, the cost of shipping as well as courier charges(back and the forth), customs duty, and/or any other admin charges that are incurred by Astrogyde in processing and/or delivering the service to you, as applicable.

10) Multiple payments made for the same order will be refunded by us entirely (without even deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments) after we have retained the cost of a particular order.

11) We endeavor to process any refunds within seven business days from the date of receipt of the request. Nevertheless, the refund is subject to the transaction, and processing time was taken by the payment gateway and bank after the refund is initiated.
